Silicon Radar GmbH is a team with years of experience in chip design and system know-how of radar algorithms. They focus on developing and manufacturing high frequency circuits using SiGe BiCMOS technologies and designed for radar, sensor and wireless communication. Silicon Radar's demanding system-on-chip solutions combine analog and digital circuit components (mixed signal).
